The seller had the product to me quickly, and shipped in adequate packaging. This seller also had the best price compared to others, or compared to the Paint Shop Pro 8new product cost.
Paint Shop Pro 8 is better (in my opinion) than PSP 7.
Paint Shop Pro 8 gives additional frames, too numerous to name.
I would recommend this product for editing pictures, and or using to making your own graphics.Get more detail about PAINT SHOP PRO 8.
