After downloading all the music we needed from I-tunes, we found out that it can't be used with this program. Our requests for online assitance were not acknowledged in a timely manner. Calling their toll free number put us in touch with a lovely secretary - but there were no people there to tell us how to resolve the problem. Uninstalling the program was a tremendous pain as well.
