I really like these plug-ins and use them often to easily enhance photos and draw out details of the story. This is a great package for portraits, travel photography and landscapes. The tools I've used the most are PhotoFame, PhotoTools, and FocalPoint.
Why I like this better than the 4.5 suite:
- Works with 64-bit programs.
- Tools are more stable (with 4.5 I would experience crashes from time to time - so far none with this suite)
- Expanded options in each of the programs giving more end user control
- EXCELLENT OnOne Web site with loads of great resources and techinical support
- Great customer service with quick responce when emailing support
- Great demos and free tools on their web site so you can try before buying

Lightroom 2 (64-bit)
Photoshop CS 4 extended (64-bit)
I am running a Windows 7 system with 8 gigs of RAM
