This program stopped working while I was using it one day. After several tries of trying to fix the problem on my own I decided to delete the program and start over. To my surprise, the computer said that there was an error, and I could not delete the program. I called the help desk, and the lady at the other end of the phone said that if I had the 2002 version, they COULD NOT HELP ME! The lady said the program was corrupt, and they no longer have anything to do with the program. They refused to speak to me anymore, and no matter how much I tried to get her help, she refused to help me delete the program.
